I remember this guy, he gained some notoriety for his Love Police spectacle at Canary Wharf back in 2009. This was apparently just after he was fired from HBOS after the 2008 financial crisis.

I think here the attention seeking Charles sets the precedence for this type of events in public places and he does it to this very day.
It looks like he does not like young people watching TikTok. I presume people should subscribe to his YT channel for a new dose of provocations. I reckon the TikTok platform is not entirely in line with his agenda and/or people behind him. I think TikTok is definitely better than Facebook and Instagram. His views on YouTube increased from under 10k to over 150k up to 2.7 million views in his recent videos. I think Charles is on a new assignment and I don’t like his videos as he does not look independent, he provokes people, he deliberately antagonises and insults young people.
