You can often rule out a particular cause without knowing what the true cause is.

In other words, disproving a causal link doesn’t require you to have an alternative explanation.
Example: Medical reasoning
Suppose someone gets a fever.
A friend says, “It’s probably because you didn’t wear a hat.”

You might not know what actually caused the fever — maybe it’s an infection, or something else — but you can still know that not wearing a hat doesn’t cause fevers.
You can reject one explanation without having to identify the correct one.

Quickly about the Plandemic and the so called COVID-19 virus.
Below is the anonymous poll that has been published on Telegram. As you can see even in the opposition people are divided in terms of how they perceive the COVID-19 virus. There are definitely 3 distinct groups. The good thing is that at least 64% of the people who voted believe that this particular virus does not exist.
There was an older version of the same poll and there was even more people against the mainstream narrative – well over 70%. I believe what has changed (this 10% drop) is that some of the non-believers got really sick during winter season 2021/2022 and have changed their minds about the non-existence of COVID virus.
I also got pretty sick at end of 2021 but I still think this annual flu detoxification was more severe this time round not because of a bad-ass virus but because of permanent STRESS we have been exposed to for the last 2 years what have accumulated and was detrimental to health BUT ALSO limited exposure to SUNLIGHT AND also limited access to IODINE at the sea coast. You remember the police chasing people off the beaches not only in UK or Australia. The oligarchs know very well how to make you sick not only through poison vaccines. It could also be that after mid 2021 they were spraying some poison into the air or releasing it into the water or both because it is surprising that most people I talked to “got COVID” more than 15 months into the pandemic (not earlier) so the winter season 2021/2022 not 2020/2021. Of course some of it due to vaccine damage but unvaccinated also had a hard time.

Germ vs Theory of Terrain
Based on my recent illness at the beginning of November 2023. How come there is transmission if I have not been in contact with anyone for at least 4 days before it started? Then I talk to a friend who is on the other side of Atlantic Ocean and he got sick on the very same day as I did. On the other hand my neighbour got a cold a week ahead of me but of course I haven’t been in contact with my neighbour only he told me this like two weeks later.
To me this looks more like coincidence rather than transmission. I think some factors promote this annual detoxification.

Besides if it really was down to bacteria and viruses why people do get sick in big numbers in autumn or at the beginning of winter not at the end of it or at the beginning of spring when human bodies are depleted of vitamin D and other micro-elements? You would think that people’s bodies will be the weakest midterm or at the end of Winter not at the beginning of Autumn. If it is then it must be some sort of a shock response to a declining weather.
I think it’s down to a shock when from September the body is quickly being deprived of Vitamin D from sun exposure: more clothing and the days getting shorter pretty quickly.

Also I think not at the beginning of Autumn but at the end of Winter people are the weakest psychologically what would definitely help to get sick.

In 2023 Miles W. Mathis has denounced the Theory of Terrain. OK. Long story short germs do exist but about the existence of viruses I am not so sure. If you ask me I am not interested in viruses. Maybe they do exist, maybe they don’t. I don’t care. What I care is my mental health so you too. Mental health has a profound impact on the body and its overall resilience so if you like to hammer your nervous system with anxiety due to virus fear porn please do so.

I know that these scary drawings of viruses (now also AI generated) are used by the Phoenician mass media to scare the hell out of everyone. Then push the frightened people into the open arms of Phoenician Big Pharma.
If you are a man and your female partner gets brainwashed by the mainstream it’s going to be hard to convince her away from the mainstream narrative.

They ALWAYS use “the vulnerable”, mention the elderly, sick, children and women.
It’s a scare / compassion tactic to push even more people in their desired direction.

If I had time I would do some research around the topic of Black Death epidemic that hit Europe in the XIV century. Surprisingly it didn’t affect Poland. If you look at some of the maps of that pandemic there is a big white patch over the Kingdom of Poland. They say it was because at the time Poland wasn’t very populated comparing to the rest of the world. They say that Poles had a much higher standards of hygiene at the time, apparently taking baths like no one else in the world! You have to laugh. Also they say it was because king’s response to the pandemic was prompt, the borders were closed and so on. I have a hard time believing that. I don’t think the hygiene standards were outstanding nor I believe that Poland was less populated than the rest of the Central, Eastern Europe, moreover Scandinavia which was hit by the plague regardless of its low population.

I am not saying that the Jews were behind that pandemic but the lesser Jews indeed were being kicked out from many European countries exactly around that time. A coincidence?
Apparently there was a widespread distrust to travellers, beggars and Jews.
I heard that the Jews were even accused of poisoning the wells with strychnine.
Though I don’t think the genocidal ideologies among the upper-class Phoenicians emerged only in the last couple of centuries. The current population levels is not the first time the elites think that there is too many Gentiles walking around.
I think soon after the many expulsions of Jews in the West they were admitted in large numbers by the Polish king what together with Lithuania already ruled by Phoenician Radziwil family kick-started the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Who knows maybe the Poles were the ones who skated the first organised plandemic?

Nevertheless the first rumours about COVID I heard in the early 2020 were that the Chinese released a virus to address the problem of their ageing population. The old people are more prone to infections and can die in result of it.
It is a fact that the finances of many Western countries and China are overstretched due to massive printing, theft from public coffers but also because of low population rates. There is more retirees than the people contributing to the pension schemes. It is a viable explanation that the Plandemic was organised to terminate the elderly.

There can be a number of different strategies the Phoenicians employ at the same time.
Indeed it is questionable why Phoenicians would poison their obedient followers first rather than going after the rebels.

Things you should pay attention to:

1. Have I been exposed to some trauma lately?
2. Have I experienced some trauma in the past?
3. Are my parents happy and mentally healthy or toxic?
Are the people I surround myself with happy, mentally sound or toxic?
4. Do I deal with a lot of stress?
Is my work environment healthy or toxic? Am I a punching bag for someone?
5. Do I take drugs or drink alcohol or smoke excessively?
6. Do I have enough sleep?
7. Do I spend enough time outdoors?
8. Do I have problems in a relationship?
9. Is the relationship I am currently in healthy or toxic?

I am not really a fan of the word “toxic” because in my opinion it is being thrown left and right too often and as it is useful to describe a pathological state but it can well be abused.

Remember singles generate more profit for the Phoenicians than healthy couples. Singles buy more (order online) and do not breed healthy Gentiles if any.

Unhappy, always busy, sick or corrupt parents will not raise happy children.
Absence of parents in childhood leads to incompleteness in their children.
It can be a shock to you but neglect is worse than mental or physical abuse but you can be subjected to both.
You may be a child of an alcoholic parent(s), narcissistic parent(s), sexoholic parent(s) or a combination.

You need a mate or mates to go through challenging times just make sure they are not into alcohol or drugs

If for you it looks like an impossibility to gain a partner or friends then the religious organisations and community support groups is the way forward. However beware and stay away from cult-like organisations you can learn more about at Cults to Consciousness. They will turn you into a corporate slave in exchange for some conditional love.
You have to be able to distinguish the genuine support groups from toxic corporations (including those religious).

It is quite difficult to cope by yourself but if you don’t have access to healthy groups of people better stay away from the groups that can damage you further. In that case do journaling (diary) to cope on a daily basis. You can quickly discover that the dialogue you can have with yourself is the best.
Some aspire to talk with God.

You don’t want to engage with other people at all cost because a breaking down society unfortunately has more bad actors than good ones or let me say it in a different way: the good ones to protect themselves make themselves less visible than the bad ones who seek your attention and want to turn you into their mental slaves.
You have to sort yourself out to a certain degree before you engage with strangers.
Quite often strangers are at a different stages in their life and you basically waste your time. Of course you want to avoid any parties that drink more alcohol than it’s considered appropriate (more than 2 drinks (not 2x1L bottles) per a drinking session) or people who are into drugs.


You can get away with short term stress but long term exposure will wear you down. Permanent fear and anxiety messes up your brain and the nervous system. To help with that you may consider changing the environment to a new one that is free of these sources of stress but I understand this can be difficult for many.

Also there isn’t the End of the World, the End Times, Armageddon or similar. You definitely want to supplement Magnesium on a daily basis (or at least every other day) as this will help you cope in stressful environments. Your body is in great need of magnesium for proper energy production and the health of the nervous system.

As he said COMPARING to others is THE WORST strategy in becoming an athlete.

First and foremost YOU have to be IN CONTROL of your heath. If you don’t you will most likely fall into the hands of the NHS and the Big Pharma that stands right behind this “free” health service provider.
And don’t get me wrong everyone including me struggles with some sort of ailments and wants the answers and would love to know what causes these different health issues but we live in a dynamic world and there are things that are out of our control and you just have to accept some difficulties and wait things out. Quite often it is a combination of things and as I said some factors are out of your control.
Also making changes in your lifestyle and by making many changes at the same time will make you wonder what actually helped to improve things.

Usually because of lack of time and human impatience people resort to quick solutions provided by the NHS and Big Pharma – that how it works.
So either you employ your intelligence into your health assessment and treatment process or you will be at the mercy of big corporations that make profit regardless if you find a cure, recover or get worse or even die. They know that many people will throw their last savings to save their earthly life so they don’t mind screwing you up.

If you can be objective and look at your diet habits, lifestyle you will be able to diagnose your problems even better than the professionals but this requires patience. You will have to be like a doctor and a patient in one. Can you? This will even require maintaining a daily log of symptoms to see how certain foods and other environmental factors affect you e.g. impact of the stress otherwise it’s a pure guesswork. But don’t get me wrong even if our bodies function according to the same principles these bodies have differences, some inherited predispositions, pros and cons.
So do the homework otherwise if your condition is cryptic enough (not obvious like a broken bone or a kidney stone) GPs from NHS will do the guesswork for you.
They will test your blood, scan your body thoroughly using radioactivity and electromagnetic waves but still they won’t be certain what is your problem. The fact that they have a single capture of most of your parameters does not mean they know everything – they can definitely prevent certain death but that is pretty much it.
They do need more data but this is expensive process so quite often they just resort to medication to address the symptoms.
If you don’t adapt and approach your health matters intelligently and things turn south you eventually end up in a hospital where they do what you can do at home – monitor yourself for extended period of time and draw conclusions. As long as you don’t change the environment on a weekly basis it is not going to be hard to figure out what is good and what is bad for you. You just have to be honest to yourself.
You don’t have to use any of these smart watches that measure your heart rate or body temperature. Just use a pen and paper, a diary.
If you cannot take the challenge because of being lazy, because of impatience, general lack of consistency then don’t be surprised that eventually you give in and show up at the hospital or at the GP practice.

You should pay attention to your family in regards to predispositions to certain health conditions (including bad habits!) that are carried from a generation to generation. You should also take environmental factors into account.

Don’t get me wrong GPs are very good at addressing bad effects but tell little about bad habits and environmental factors you should address in the first place.
You must combat your inner misery and dependency otherwise you become a perfect customer for these corporations.

Food Pyramid

I am sure that you have seen this pyramid before. The problem is the correct food pyramid is actually upside down. Of course the sweets on the very top are not good but it was put in there to hide the elephant in the room which are the carbohydrates on the very bottom like potatoes, bread, fruits and so on what contains a lot of sugars.
The diet should be primarily proteins, fats and greens (leaves not roots or fruits) and only then some carbohydrates like roots and fruits.

This is the evolution of the food production in the world. To battle hunger in the world carbohydrates emerged as a solution to that problem but it created another problem – our bodies don’t get use to that much carbohydrates in our diet which is slowly leading to the killing of important cells that create insulin in the pancreas what leads to diabetes.

Insulin business is a great business that is why they want people to end up diabetic then these people are on insulin for the rest of their rather miserable life including a life shorter by approximately 15 years.
Just FYI a standard EUR-pallet of insulin is worth couple of millions of US dollars so it’s a very profitable drug dealing business.

If you think that you are overweight it’s most likely due to your consistent sugar intake but even in slim people sugars lead to Atherosclerosis.

The other day I red Dead Souls by Miles Mathis and I liked it however Miles now makes the Plandemic look like a complete hoax but at the time he did share the paper of Spartacus who was pushing in the direction of bio-weapon.

On the other hand I don’t believe this was all a hoax and that there wasn’t anything dangerous going on at the time.

I watched the below video by Joe Scott – he looks Jewish and he most likely is Jewish besides he is Scott I reckon from one of those Jewish tribes, I am sorry, Scottish clans.
The video is about some strange disease that was going on in a Jewish hospital Beth Abraham in New York.
He talks about Encephalitis lethargica that was a plandemic on its own between 1915-1926 what also coincided with the Spanish Flu of 1918-1920.
I don’t know if he talks about a real thing or another hoax but who knows. Then he talks about another Jew dr. Oliver Sacks but what is interesting in about 2/3 of the video he talks about auto-immune disease that results from prior “infection”. The immune system turns against its body and damages the nervous system by attacking the nerve receptors.
Then he connects it with COVID-19 and the so called “Long COVID” where people experience all sorts of issues with their nervous system. He also connects this old mysterious disease and Spanish Flu with COVID but then clarifies that one has nothing to do with the other. It can be that he is one of the agents and like the others make no connection between the vaccine and the health problems the vaccinated people have. In February 2022 they released this video about COVID and neurological damage it causes when she was already pregnant for about 5 months.

Allegedly she was fully vaccinated and boosted at that time. Listen how she says about reduced risk of infection if you are vaccinated. It sounds EXACTLY like the mainstream scripted line.
Listen again! She was all for vaccines and on top of that it looks like her job was to target pregnant women to convince them to take the boosters what in many cases led to stillbirths so more vaccine deaths.

It’s to cover the tracks because the vax containing poison (not all contained poison, some contained placebo – saline solution) will make you sick so by “Long COVID” they basically want to cover up the vaccine adverse effects.
As I said above I think not only vaccinated people have been hit by something. I stand my ground that the virus does not exist and viruses or germs do not cause long term illnesses.

Iodine and selenium supplementation
Lugol’s solution 1,2,3,5 and 12%.
Use drops calculator (dropulator.com) to know how many milligrammes of iodine there is in your Lugol’s solution.
The mainstream medicine recommends much lower doses of Iodine in micrograms (not a surprise).
1st they were blackwashing Iodine to be toxic (but they meant their organic Iodine that Big Pharma puts into “medicines” which is toxic) then once this was debunked they recommend much lower doses of Iodine (in micrograms) I reckon because they know the amount of poisons they deliver in water and food is in milligrammes (e.g. about 1-2mg of fluoride and other poisons in 1 liter of water).
You drink about 3-5 liters of water daily so your body receives about 5-10 milligrammes of fluoride alone daily! (regardless if filtered water or not as filters do not remove fluoride just slightly reduce the concentration).
So if you take Iodine in micrograms and poisons in milligrams then your body has no chance of cleaning itself from these poisons and the poisons accumulate over time causing more damage to your different organs.
I reckon 2 drops of 5% Lugol’s iodine on skin (e.g. wrists) which is 12.5mg per day is safe for adults but in the alternative medicine community you will see many people using over 30mg of Iodine to detox their bodies.
Of course as soon as your skin starts absorbing Iodine you should feel the effects – so don’t be scared. I think 1st what you notice is a strange feeling but overall you will have more energy. Please note that your body is undergoing a cleanup so use it on regular basis otherwise.

To me the idea of delivering toxic substances through water supply to prevent tooth decay is suspicious to say the least. People and children are drinking this water not using it just to flush their mouths which IS A BIG DIFFERENCE.

No imagine taking 1g of paracetamol or even 1g of vitamin B6. It has big impact on your body especially the painkillers that are harmful in such amounts then imagine living in a fluoridated area where they put 1g of rat poison in every litre of water.
